Thomas Appraisal Services, Inc. is owned and operated by David C. Thomas, MAI and
Barbara D. Thomas. We specialize in real property appraisals of commercial and residential real estate in Yellowstone County, primarily in Billings, Montana. Thomas Appraisal Services, Inc. was established in 1993 and we offer over 30 years of combined experience in real estate appraisal.

David Thomas is a native of central Montana. His family owns and operates a cattle ranch in the Judith Basin Valley near Hobson, MT. After completing his secondary education at Arizona State University and receiving a bachelors degree in finance and real estate he trained in Florida for commercial appraisal and then returned
to central Montana soon after. Barbara Thomas grew up in south-central Ohio and in eastern Florida. She received her bachelors degree in economics from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She moved to central Montana in early 1993.
